FreshStart is a group weight loss meeting and education session held weekly in Newport, WA. The hourly classes/meetings run for 18 weeks. Each week a lesson covers such topics as: healthy nutrition; easy, palate pleasing meals; menu planning; eating behavior patterns; how to deal with negative urges; healthy coping skills; and more.

Sat Nam Rasayan healing is a meditative healing art that can be done in person or remotely. During the treatment you may experience deep relaxation; relief from pain; reduction in internal conflict and anxiety. We will discuss what you want to have treated and then find a relaxing place to receive the treatment. Since everything is one and there is no separation, this treatment uses pure consciousness and can be done at any physical distance.
